I've read somewhere that quotes Radders as saying it happens every 2/3 week and he just gets on with it but it is only his knee cap and not the full joint.

Theres a quote from joe saying "i looked an my knee n it just looked like it needed smacking back" which to me suggests that was the 1st time he'd done this.
