Re: Millington.
Very strange post.
Re: Millington.
Does the club award testimonials? Havent they (testimonials) got to be ratified by the RFL?
It would be a bit silly to have two running at the same time, maybe its in the pipeline for next season, if he is still here (on the evidence of the first two, he must be worth a one year contract)

Re: Millington.
Whether it’s true or not that he is disappointed over it I have no clue. However, I was disappointed that he didn’t get one this year. I’ve commented several times on here over the last 6 months or so that he should have had one. The chances are that he’s off home the end of this year (although I’d like to see him kept on in a coaching capacity of some sort). In my opinion, Millington should have had his this year and Milner next year.

Next year it's due ain't it think he has to decide if he's staying or not yet or if Sargent major (BM) wants him in his plans

I thought it was his 10th season this year? Or do you have to have completed 10 before it’s due?Railway end man 2021 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2021, 11:24 Next year it's due ain't it think he has to decide if he's staying or not yet or if Sargent major (BM) wants him in his plans

Re: Millington.
Think it's do with when he was signed on don't quote me on it but he may have come classed as coming in mid season if he came in late on his arrival all depends on his contract started with cas
Re: Millington.
Didn’t huby fall out with club over testimonial reasons?

Re: Millington.
I read it as he was waiting to see if he was awarded one at the end of this season, but maybe I read it wrong.
Re: Millington.
He joined before the 2012 season so this his his 10th season at Cas.Railway end man 2021 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2021, 12:01 Think it's do with when he was signed on don't quote me on it but he may have come classed as coming in mid season if he came in late on his arrival all depends on his contract started with cas

Re: Millington.
Signed before the 2012 season.
There's no 'hard and fast' rule about testimonials.
Some are 'awarded' by the RFL for long-serving players who have played at different clubs.
Some are 'awarded' by clubs for long-serving players. At Cas I think a testimonial is usually awarded after ten full seasons at the club.

Re: Millington.
He needs to play on next year to be awarded a testimonial. Liam Watts merely confirmed that on social media. What’s your agenda with Cas Covid Tiger?covid tiger wrote: ↑09 Apr 2021, 03:44 A topic on a social media platform suggest Millington is disappointed the club have not awarded him a testimonial.
