I think if Trueman wint sign a new contract before the end of the season we need to cash. Hopefully spark a bit of a bidding war and use the money on a top class replacement. What's Seizer doing next year!?

We didn't fully develop him did we? He came from Bradford academy so any compensation, if any, would be minimal.
I think because he came to us at 16 or 17 he classes as a Cas club trained player. If I’m wrong I’m sure some will delight in telling me so.

I guess the key thing here is how would it work if Cas accepted an offer? Would Trueman go now? Or would it be agreed for the end of the season and if so, is there a chance for break clauses?

Can't see Powell wanting to lose him any time before the end of the season. Part of me wonders whether we won't see any kind of deal until the end of the season.

He does - just! Was at the club for three years before his 21st birthday.

Suspect Leeds will be joining the hunt for him with Luiesving and Eastmond retiring.

Let him go, but we have to make sure we ask the going price.
And can Leeds afford him.

Because Jenna Brooks reckons so. Some teams need a new 6 and he's in demand, it's only natural he'll be linked to other clubs.

He is good and he can be even better, but can he or does he want to reach them levels at Cas, that's the question.

Bad as people say our halves were yesterday, Leeds managed to make our attack look good tonight, and the halves couldn’t hide behind field position.

Given the news of George Williams being released I would think he'd be first choice for any clubs with the money and cap space if they were looking for a half back.

Why not suggest a two year extension but let him insert a release clause below his market value (say £70/80k). This wouldn’t deter the likes of Warrington signing him in the future nor thwart his possible ambitions. It would, however, ensure that we received at least some compensation and didn’t end up with nothing.

If rumours are true, Wire had all but signed William's for next year, but his earlier release has allowed Wigan to jump in.

If so I'd expect another big move for Trueman.
