Some media noise that he left as a result of what could be a big problem for FR. An alledged serious Covid breach in the club bar after the Batley game which is now being investigated by the RFL as it contravenes government guidelines

They had players and staff in the bar after the game and pictures have come out showing everyone mingling, ferris was the only player you could make out from the picture so is been banned but the club are now under investigation and could be in big trouble. I was told steve gill was applaud by this as it was happening but was ignored when he tried to shut it down which has lead to him leaving the club.
