Re: End of an era
Had to come on to report the urgent news. Powell wants the new challenge as Steve Price’s contract comes to an end. Jake Trueman follows presumably replacing Gareth Widdop, who will head home to Aus on expiry of his contract also.

Re: End of an era

Re: End of an era

Martians land on Wheldon Road.!!!
Suggest this and the original post go in the Rumours section.
Unless of course they are both true.

So if it’s true, and I doubt it very much, wire would have to buy both Powell’s and truemans contract out.

Let's not give the the OP - from someone who has little else better to do in their clearly empty day - any more credence by responding or debating it.
Playground stuff.

Re: End of an era
If Warrington don't make a good start I can't see Price lasting too long there

You do realise that Gareth Widdop is from Halifax so, if he’s heading home, maybe it’ll be a few junctions down the M62?Tigertapoutcap wrote: ↑08 Feb 2021, 21:54 Gareth Widdop, who will head home to Aus on expiry of his contract also.

Re: End of an era
If it happens, it happens. There will come a day when DP is no longer the Cas Coach and the club will have to deal with it. It won't be the end of the world.
Thankfully, whether this rumour is true or not, he's got the 2021 season to shine at Cas an increase the compo we'd get if he was sign whilst under contract. Every cloud an all that!

Wouldn't have bothered posting mate, if you haven't been on here since the dawn of time you get written off immediately. Best to just sit back and let Fumper talk... :-#Tigertapoutcap wrote: ↑08 Feb 2021, 21:12 HEARD IT HERE FIRST

The immediate lack of respect for anyone new does make me wonder how long the forum will last once the regular experts have gone.

It's comments like that which usually turn the tide against individuals. Those who contribute to the debates with reasoned points, facts and no personal abuse tend to stay on here for ages. some have been here since it began and in various guises before the current forum.
