Liam Sutcliffe Transfer request
Does the fact that Liam Sutcliffe putting in a transfer request at the Whinos mean it's a done deal he's coming darn't Lane?

Ethan price , no he hasn’t signed
Re: Liam Sutcliffe Transfer request
Where does it say he HAS signed for Cas?
Re: Liam Sutcliffe Transfer request
Shenton long term replacement?? As well as can cover plenty of other spots. He's not great but he's a solid squad player which always seem to go well at Cas.

Powell seems to be building a young team who will be at Cas for many Years to come. I think Sutcliffe would be a good replacement for Shenton and hes also got utility value and a good kicking boot on him.

Honestly, massively annoyed and disappointed if we have signed a Loiner cast off like Sutcliffe. Really going to struggle to get behind this kind of signing. please tell me this is not true.

Re: Liam Sutcliffe Transfer request
Had reservations about some of our signings over the years, but once in a Cas shirt they get my support.
Even though many have not been world beaters.
The only exception was a Loiner I could never cheer for Bailey.
Powell has signed a number of run of the mill players and transformed their performances.
One of the real talents he signed again a Loiner blew up in our face.
As others have said he's fairly young quite versatile and under Powell who knows.

He wouldn't get in at stand off ahead of Truman, and I don't think he's a better centre or back rower than what we already have.
If Daryl could mould him into a ball handling loose forward/extra pivot - where he initially impressed in Sinfield's absence, I think that would be the best outcome. He's young enough to improve and grow. I guess most teams barring Wigan with O'Loughlin use the 13 as an extra battering ram, but it'd be interesting to see if he added a new dimension to our game.

youcould be onto something there, it looks more and more as if powell is building a young team that will be together for a few years.Morrissey wrote: ↑20 Jul 2020, 15:34 He wouldn't get in at stand off ahead of Truman, and I don't think he's a better centre or back rower than what we already have.

Luke Gale, Paul Mcshane, Alex Foster and Zak Hardaker are also Leeds cast offs and they have turned out pretty well.RonnieGibbs'forearm wrote: ↑21 Jul 2020, 19:37Where did I say that?westerbeast73 wrote: ↑19 Jul 2020, 12:33Oh yes, Cas have no ex Leeds players in the team do they ](*,)RonnieGibbs'forearm wrote: ↑19 Jul 2020, 12:06 Honestly, massively annoyed and disappointed if we have signed a Loiner cast off like Sutcliffe. And Sutcliffe is not in the same class as any of them.westerbeast73 wrote: ↑21 Jul 2020, 20:03Luke Gale, Paul Mcshane, Alex Foster and Zak Hardaker are also Leeds cast offs and they have turned out pretty well.RonnieGibbs'forearm wrote: ↑21 Jul 2020, 19:37Where did I say that?westerbeast73 wrote: ↑19 Jul 2020, 12:33Oh yes, Cas have no ex Leeds players in the team do they ](*,)RonnieGibbs'forearm wrote: ↑19 Jul 2020, 12:06 Honestly, massively annoyed and disappointed if we have signed a Loiner cast off like Sutcliffe. Barring Foster, who I knew little about, I was more than pleased with all of the above.
You reckon Sutcliffe has the same ceiling as the above?
