Sorry, of course you are right. No other squad in SL has more than the two starting wingers. What was I thinking 🤨🤨🤨
Maybe you should have a look at their squad before commenting.
Erm, they have 5 wingers:
Chamberlain
Inu
Sio
Williams
Kear

Obviously some play more than one position but, if they signed Escare and played him in the wing, Inu could move to centre, Sarginson to back row. That makes there side stronger

Give it a rest???

Isn’t the purpose of the forum to have a healthy debate on differing views of the same subject matter Just because someone offers up an opinion different to your own, there’s no need to revert to trying to shut people down.

You added nothing to the debate since the “they have their two starting wingers” comment. I merely added that maybe Escare signing was to improve the squad and not to replace Evalds (by the way I think he is to replace Niall). Standing still in our game is going backwards, as we learnt after the 1994/95, 1999, 2017 seasons and probably many more before those, which OCL and Lurcher will remember due to their advanced years.

I've added nothing to the debate???? Maybe have a look a few pages back and see what I had to say or should I just keep repeating myself FOR YOUR BENEFIT. The fact Salford have plenty of wingers means they have not bought another player to play him on the wing. Also they have not bought him to move players around so he can play on the wing. They are struggling for money, they would not waste it on another WINGER

DP has spoken about Evalds in YEP and said it’s just rumours so if we have signed him he won’t be coming in or getting announced soon you’d have thought !
