There’s a difference between commenting on facts that are in the public domain and speculation.Freeloader wrote:Says the person who highlighted the charge, which was then not reported and only known within tight RL circles, after it had been to court... It’s possible there are reporting restrictions in place, hence Cas’ very short statement.

They will work for whoever pays them.Freeloader wrote: I know, The Cas legal team was mentioned and clearly they only protect the club not the individual
But they won’t be defending someone who faces a criminal trial in Crown Court.

It had already been to court when Hudds highlighted the court listing.... It was sub judice then....nottinghamtiger wrote:There’s a difference between commenting on facts that are in the public domain and speculation.Freeloader wrote:Says the person who highlighted the charge, which was then not reported and only known within tight RL circles, after it had been to court... I didn’t specify any charge and I didn’t say it was our Greg Eden either - all I posted was publicly available information.Freeloader wrote:Says the person who highlighted the charge, which was then not reported and only known within tight RL circles, after it had been to court... There is nothing in my post that has any relevance to the case itself.

Or the kiosk if you go back that far
Re: Eden... .
Legends was like a tea room compared to jimmys.only had the pleasure of kiosk a couple of times before it closed down so never saw it in full swing.although the stories are a thing of folklore
Re: Eden... .
The stairs at the Kiosk were steep if the bouncers threw you down.
Re: Eden... .
There were folk rolling down the stairs and out of the doors most weeks bouncers favourite trick chucking em down the stairs but where else was beer served in heavy glass tankard style pint glasses and a glass was optional with a bottle of wine the joys of country Manor wine straight from the bottle classy cas at its best
