Perfect coach for him too.
Perfect in terms of if he becomes massively hot property again we can use the SC to our advantage him being club trained or something.

Adds the dimension to our game similar to what SOL provides for Wigan, keeps teams guessing on ball playing and offers more artillery for sure!

He won’t misbehave. He’s a nice lad really tbh.

Hope we get him, I’d prefer him over Clark tbh.

Still room for another winger or centre, prop etc,
Like I've said im a Clark fan could not think of a player available out there at moment to replace him but if Joe comes that's a great addition would be well pleased

Clark is not in the same parish in terms of rugby playing ability as Westy even tho as I've said before I like Clark and would have kept him if possible

Exactly took the sting out of Clark going if Joe is arriving could this have been the plan regarding mitchs contract offer? And behind the scenes Joe has been on the radar for some time :-k

To be fair, we have fans that can’t spell Aston and McMeeken, so I wouldn’t take that as a barometer of how good or not someone is.
Who used it as a barometer and im not prefect at spelling i don't personally attack anyone on this forum if I did why am I still allowed to post wind your neck in live and let live i wouldn't dream of telling someone they shouldn't be born life's too precious up the cas 4 ever

I was replying to Fumper that not being able to spell a player’s name isn’t an indication of quality of a player when people have been doing it for donkey’s years. (Maguire, Burrows, Tompkins?). Perhaps read the post you’re quoting and the one it is replying to before getting on your high horse. Chill.

I was really annoyed at first about Clark but some have been telling me he it's not as big of a loss as I felt. The argument being he is a quota spot who can only do 15-20 mins tops. I lived his impact v Wigan but when he watched the Loiners game I could see what they meant. He was like a headless chicken. Lots of fire and aggression but had the potential to be a Gadwin in defense. He was all over the place and got beat down the middle a couple of times in the short spell he did.
So maybe I will revise his departure now.
As for Joe signing, I agree with those above. If we can get good minutes out of him and pay him a wage which is reasonable then it could be a really quality addition. Miles better defensively and with ball in hand than Milner. Gives us more pivot options.

Milner is a strange one when Clark went to Warrington i was convinced he would step up to greatness instead of the penalty machine he has turned into sometimes my heart is in my mouth

Would be a big signing this. Still only 29. Plenty of years left in him.

After reading the Hull article it sounds to me like it could well be agents bumping his price up and him staying at Hull.

I doubt there will be any announcement of anything tonight.

I believe the previous post is referring to a news article in League Weekly, which is more likely to be nothing more than something like the HDM article.

Do we really need westerman I just don't get what he would add to our squad he's no prop and he's had some hard yardage good player on his day but don't think signing him would really take us forward

Not sure how true it is, but just seen he’s signed for the loiners.
Could be someone causing mischief and not true.
