Players

I know not many players available and now we’ve signed Blair . But would love the club to go out and sign a half back and a winger or centre

No chance I reckon. Not this year. Minns possibly coming in. Don't think they will spend the Gale dispensation.

I said it as soon as we lost Gale - Jackson Hastings should have been our number 1 target (I know he might have been). At the time, he wanted a one-year deal and we needed someone to cover Gale. Salford were on the brink of administration and I’m pretty sure they would have accepted some cash for a player who only had a one-year deal. It would have suited all parties.
As it was, we went for the cheap option in Rankin. Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s a decent player. But he’s decent; nowhere near the same level as Gale or Hastings.
However, this isn’t fantasy rugby league, I know. We can’t always have what we want.

Right. Not necessarily a bad thing by any stretch.

Let the loan deal end and him go back to Hudds. Wardle can stay there too.

Agree. Keep Aston and Ellis as backup.

And can we also get rid of Maher, Egodo, Clare whilst were at it

Poor old Millo has given his absolute all & best for us all, but I do agree he’s either playing injured or his body is calling time.

Our finest import if you ask me.

Here here, the guy is an absolute club legend and if he does hang his boots up he deserves a very long and restful retirement.
