Rankin didn’t go too bad today. Not even Johnathan Thurston looked good behind a weak and beaten pack
Rankin was one of the only players that could take any credit from that game
To be honest didn't know he was on the field compared to what Gale does for the team. Left to Trueman to Marshall the troops at 19 years old. Rankin should be calling the shots at his age.
Again, no half back can perform behind a beaten pack. Both our halves were poor but the forwards were a hell of a lot worse.

Yet I never said that. Our forwards never got us on the front foot all game. Surely you see the difference between territory and momentum?

Give over. Rankin was one of the best on show last night.

Rankin, PM and Watts about the only ones

Yeah and Gale goes missing in the big games too. GF, England

Agree on Tsnkin, thought he was ok. But I thought Watts got dominated in the main. Never got going.

Think rankin last night showed his best side of game he caused them a few people when he went at them. Small positive think Watts was over worked yesterday seemed to be involved in most tackles from the start. The most disappointing part of last night was we were all over the shop and from last season to this season I haven't yet seen a real improvement or difference guess Thursday will really tell us about the players

We look clueless in attack compared to previous seasons. Rankin threw a lot of hospital passes because we didn't seem to have any structure in attack. We have Powell, Orr and Sheridan so called attacking experts and we come up with that display ?

We seam to have totally over hauled our way of playing compared to 2 years ago.
The fast free flowing as become more slower.
Bamboozaling defences as stopped.
Imo we have gone back 3/4 years.
Really don’t know why, why change things when it was working perfectly.

I'm hoping we are playing a boring style of rugby upto the play off games so teams cant read how we play like in previous seasons. Then in the play offs we start with the flashy stuff. Or maybe I'm just over thinking what I'm seeing :-k

Wiki description of Chris Sandow.

Chris Sandow is an Indigenous Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a goal-kicking halfback or five-eighth, he can also play as a fullback. Wikipedia

Can also play as a full back :-k Get him in and move Pete to centre ?

I think it means cos of his size he covers half back, stand off AND fullback all at the same time...
what doesn't kill me simply makes me...stranger.

We don't need to move Pete

No idea lol, especially for a unstable player to be put in a position he can cover but not specialize in lol

Simple. Gale and Zak were on another level that year and organised everything in attack. Neither have played since 2017 (well one has played a few times)
