Well, it's a slightly stronger squad that gives a little hope.

Any news on Shenny's injury?

Thought we only had one injured player in squad going into Monday night ...

Should we have cashed in on Trueman?

To turn down 150k to 200k is absolute madness. Especially in light of what we have seen since the alleged offers.

You'd probably say yes now. But I wouldnt be against him signing a new deal rather than him potentially leaving for nothing next season. The only worry is these back problems. They're not easy to get over as it seems like is happening with him.

I'm not a pro sportsman but my back does play up every so often and stops me doing pretty much anything. Been like it for 10 years and I wouldn't wish it upon my enemies.

At such a young age he may well need surgery to correct something and this is always a risk with the spine. Hopefully it's just muscle related and careful management should make it less problematic but I'd have thought those avenues would've been explored already?

Same here FC.
Had a bad back from leaving school at 15.
2 bulging disks in the lumber region.
Had to live with pain nearly all my life.
Depending on what’s wrong with him he could suffer for a long time.
