10 team superleague

Post by the changeling » 31 Jul 2021, 07:56

With news coming out oh HQ about a reduction in SL, where does that leave Cas and wakey? Will Calder reemerge as a bribe to keep us in SL?

Proposals are 14 team SL for 2022 followed a year or two later to SL1 & SL2 , both with 10 teams, their flawed logic is that sky will do a seperate deal with the SL2 and the money will be distributed more evenly. They cant even get a good deal for the clubs as it stands.

Enjoy SL our time while it lasts

Rimjob and the usual greedy suspects are determined to kill off the game

It is the clubs which vote and decide on any proposed changes, not the RFL.

We, do need to up our game with respect to the stadium. It looks very much like the GH project is a dead duck. Do the club have a plan B.... the silence is deafening on this one.

And we all know the six clubs that will be voting for a bigger slice of the pie,

As for the stadium, Cas will never leave the lane, unless the sport allows franchises that can be bought and moved like the nfl

That’s only one proposal as I understand it. Presumably it would need the clubs to agree on that particular one
