Wembley numbers

Hoping we have a good backing on Saturday. The numbers seeing the team off today we’re way down on 2014 and we’re not managing to sell out our home games, even at 4K limit. With tickets at £55, Covid and the associated rigmarole, plus general apathy, I really hope we do the game and the team justice, and the team likewise for us.

To be fair, it's a Thursday and no normal person is going to take time off just to wave players off.

I know at least 10 people who aren't going because of Covid and I can imagine 100's will be in the same boat, both Cas and St Helens.

In 2014 weren't it much later in the day they set off.
Around 5/6 o clock.
I know it weren’t 1.30pm cos I would have been working at that time, and I was there.

Nope. Was 11:42am on 21 August 2014. Just checked some video footage.

Ah right. I would have broken up for the school holidays then.
I forgot the final was in august.
