Is the rules they have to name 48 hrs in advance, that doesn't leave them long if so?

It is a tough call. Sounds like it’s touch and go whether Sunday happens anyway

They have to name the squad by noon, two days before the match.

Didn’t Salford train with only 7 fit players on Wednesday?

I can see this game getting cancelled.

Looking at our squad, there’s going to be a few players playing at Wembley with very little rugby for a few weeks.

Given an extension so they can loan in more Saints players to make a squad!

Personally I wouldnt be playing anyone I intend to play in the final and would keep those involved on Sunday away from the final squad next week now.

Powell states players have been going the 3xtra mile to avoid covid.... not going places and taking kids out of school etc....

Saw Watts at Xscape yesterday. Lets hope he doesn't catch it.

don't get the fact that jabs are available for every one over 18 now and still most of the players seem to still be susceptible. surely we should be getting this done a priority.

100% - I would have thought all the squad should have had their first jab by now?

Having the jab doesn’t stop you catching the virus. Both the wife and I have been double jabbed and still tested positive.

Daughter tested positive. Had a test at same time that was negative. A few days later, felt like I was suffering with real bad hay fever so booked another test that came back positive.

Ahhh cool. Can you highlight the paragraph where I said that you couldn’t catch covid on your birthdays. When you do, I will take it back.

I was just putting some context on why he may of been out and about. Can’t expect the players to live like hermits through these current, difficult times, can we?
