Serious note great debut try, doesn’t look short of pace!

Looked ok in defence to be fair too. Just needs to bulk up a little. Would like to see him play a few more games this year.

Diamond in the rough. With a good pre season and a bit of bulkening up like Regan Grace did, we could have an absolute gem. We've been screaming out for a winger with raw pace who can score, he did that after 40 odd seconds skinning JOC who's no slouch himself.

His name is out of favour greg Eden.
Yes he seems injury prone just now, but how many times as powell left him out when fit.
Re: Qare Qare
the lad looks to have filled out since i last saw him great debut

Re: Qare Qare
Comes from wrong side of river for Gateman to see him, but he has said he has bulked up since he last saw him. Kippax Welfare have sent a few to play down the lane, Mal Reilly for instance.Bramley Tiger wrote: ↑11 Jun 2021, 08:39My son said to me who is this lad making his debut? I don't think even gateman has mentioned him.
Re: Qare Qare
Had a great debut (probably lacked a supportive call for the drop out incident as no one else near him and crowd noise)
His life will have changed massively in the last 24 hours - best wishes and hope he gets chance to progress
Also have to mention (I know it is rule) but thanks to RFL for counting him as an interchange as not in original 21. With the short turn round, COVID, fixture pile a bit of common sense

Re: Qare Qare
Just pleased if his man of the match, try scoring debut on the wing turns out better than Gary Lo’s did!
Re: Qare Qare
as soon as they let us fans in to watch the young guns again i will be one of the few hundred that make the effort to watch them last time i saw this young fella was when the 16s played either Leeds or Wakefield at lock lane the whole team looked awash with talent which i reported the same at the time

Re: Qare Qare
Have seen Jason play throughout his amateur career at Kippax welfare. He's Fijian and has played all of the back line.
Real quality step and body swerve on him and good pace. I thought he went round Connor real easy. He backed himself and what a start.
At 17 he's young and has a lot of filling out to do but you can't teach pace and skill like that
If carlsberg did debuts..... this was it.

Exactly Mart. Said yesterday it reminded me of Regan Grace on his debut. The pace, the confidence, the swagger. Hopefully the first of many, many more.mart0042 wrote: ↑11 Jun 2021, 10:16 Have seen Jason play throughout his amateur career at Kippax welfare. He's Fijian and has played all of the back line.
