Wire never replaced Ben Murdoch-Masila in the backrow when he left at the end of last season either.

Holmes is not in the same league as Murdoch Masilla.

Re: Peanut and Hoggy Leaving!!!!
Maybe not, but Holmes will work harder for 80 minutes than any bloke like BMM.
Re: Peanut and Hoggy Leaving!!!!
I’m pretty sure Ogi wouldn’t have gone if he thought he wouldn’t be first pick for left edge second row. He’s made no secret in the past when he’s had to play right edge it doesn’t suit him. Interestingly Ben Currie is exactly the same. I can’t see how Daryl can shoehorn them both in the team personally. I would imagine one of them is going to be disappointed. As many have said, gutted he’s going he’s a real talent and in the form of his life.

I'm sure Powell will have it figured out. With Mamo going and Inglis surely hanging up his boots again with the injuries he's picking up, I wouldn't be surprised if Currie ends up in the centres. We know Daryl likes to put his backrowers theredaytona wrote: ↑10 Jun 2021, 16:39 I’m pretty sure Ogi wouldn’t have gone if he thought he wouldn’t be first pick for left edge second row. “Powelly [Daryl Powell] had spoken to me and said he was keen to take me over with him. I’ve been coached by him for the last seven years, we’ve got a great relationship and I think he’s a fantastic coach. I’ll be good to continue that partnership over at Warrington.old cas lass wrote: ↑15 Jun 2021, 13:35 Warrington bound OFFICIAL.

Surely this constitutes gross misconduct by Daryl, technically working for Warrington whilst employed by us?

I don't know the exact rules, but you'd think that statement is proof of tapping up

If one of my employees who’d resigned started working for their new employers before they left, I’d class it as gross misconduct.

But if it was before that date, which my old cynical self believe it would have been then that’s different.
How do you prove it.

“Warrington is such a big club”.
No, it’s really not. It’s just with a money-man!
