Yep, he was angry as Watts had put a big shot on him so took it out on a halfback - sh1thouse act thatBurratha wrote: ↑11 May 2021, 08:33I agree. You could see it in Mossop's eyes immediately afterwards. He was visibly tightly wound and high on adrenaline, and I'm just glad DannyR ducked at the right time.heritage1926 wrote: ↑11 May 2021, 08:25I've watched the Mossop challenge on Richardson multiple times now and Mossop has all the intentions of taking Danny's head off. One of the most intentional hits I've seen for some time.
Liam watts.

Re: Liam watts.
Yet Morgan Smithies is about 10 minutes late with a shoulder charge on Josh Reynolds in a totally avoidable challenge and nothing said by the disciplinary! Then they wonder why people are turning their backs on the game and think the RFL are not fit for purpose ! :-k

Re: Liam watts.
Liam's clearly over stepped the mark here as he will now definitely be getting a further ban for his comments.old cas lass wrote: ↑10 May 2021, 15:56 Liam watts on twitter just now.
the gift that keeps on giving!
Games on its arse if that’s a one match ban
How right he is.
We all feel his frustrations with the inconsistencies shown by the judiciary, but this was not the correct way for him to vent his anger

I’m pretty close to sacking rugby league off once and for all. Game’s a joke.

My last season.

Re: Liam watts.
How can mossop attack an half back face on and get nothing but watts is little late and makes contact from behind and gets all this thrown at him [-X [-X
Re: Liam watts.
It’s something what happens every game he’s not even hit him high just late in the back with no real force.
It’s a joke time to give the game up.

Who is even on the panel? I believe it used to be ex players and ex refs? An absolute joke
Re: Liam watts.
Pretty sure in the past when Leeds and Wigan players went for an appeal on their bans they marched in with a top QC and hey presto all charges dropped.
Clearly money talks when it comes putting the incompetent RFL in their place.

Re: Liam watts.
Who on earth decided to challenge a one match suspension to be served against Hull KR when we have Warrington the following week?

Last I heard: Paul Cullen, Phil Vievers, Nathan McAvoy and Paul Dixon

Quite literally. The more you pay, the better your representation is in what is essentially a verbal argument.

I’d be resting at least 5 of the better players at Wire anyway.nottinghamtiger wrote: ↑11 May 2021, 20:48 Who on earth decided to challenge a one match suspension to be served against Hull KR when we have Warrington the following week?
Thugs like Hill and Cooper will be trying there best to take them out of the semi.

Re: Liam watts.
The rfl and in particular the disciplinary panel is absolutely and it seems unashamedly fkn bent. Not surprised players get [REMOVED] off when other players get sweet fa. It seems you can't say anything on twitter unless it's about racist accusations. I know they're both different subjects, but you should either be able to use social media for all or none.

I did say!Tamworth Tiger wrote: ↑11 May 2021, 11:15 To be honest after what Watts said on Twitter, the only outcome of an appeal would be a longer ban
