No, it’s because they did two different things (read the reports on the link).

Jesse was deemed to of put an opponent at risk of injury. It was stupid at the time and may caused him to miss more than one game if the player coming in performs well

As much as I agree with the ban for JSL, which at the end of the day, he's put a bloke out for a week with a late hit. But it makes you laugh a bit when Isa got off scott free for an obvious high tackle on Tom Johnstone, that has caused him to sit 4 week out.

Tom Johnstone wii not get any protection from the refs until he moves to a more favoured club, it happens to quite a few when they are at the lesser favoured clubs, look at DR last season
