He reminds me of Stuart Dallas for Leeds United, does a good job of a lot of things.
Few games in, POTY contender at this time.

JT may feel he has been given more freedom at Cas, allowing him to run, play, pass as he see's it during the game. THis could give him the all-round versatility we are currently seeing, allowing him to play across the back line (so far) and maybe back row if needs be.

He may feel has a new lease of life under Powell and enjoying it.
