Do you engage your brain before posting?

Schools closed early, guess you’ll be slagging off the education facilities next...

Agree. He must have found it very tough since coming over. It will have affected his confidence.

He's had some grief from supporters (me included). I wish him well for the year, hope he rips it up and that he silences his critics.

I think we’ll get squad numbers soon with the players putting sponsorship photos on social media. we must be the only team not to announce them yet.

I think Powelly seems to like to have a good look at everybody in training maybe that's why we're usually last to announce shirt numbers

i am from the old school that thinks squad numbers serve no purpose other than expecting to sell small numbers of extra shirts, it must baffle newcomers to the game when trying to identify who plays in what position, IE a full dack can be any number from 1 to 40

It just gives a indication on what Powell’s 17 will be Imo but I may be wrong.

Yeah it gives a fair indication how the coach is thinking before season starts last year Eden looked as misrable as sin at shirt do getting a jumper in the 20s
Fair play to him he turned it around should get a starting jumper this time

Any spare numbers I'll have one. Just feel like running up and down and getting rid of a bit of frustration.

1-17 should be the players if everyone is fit who play week in week out. No point having squad numbers if your best players dont get in the 1-17.

I am with Gateman and a bit old school with the numbers. 1-13 and then subs 14-17.

I don’t see how a squad number makes a difference to people buying a shirt or not.

Even older school would be subs being 14 & 15. There’ll be a few on here who remember no subs (Lurcher, OCL)....

No Shenton in those 2 line ups. I think he will start the season and then we shall see what pans out.

If we have a reduced injury list we don’t have a bad 13. Bench looks ok but not much after that. We must be due a reasonable season with less injuries.

We shall see.

That back line look pretty decent on paper.
Let’s hope they can all stay injury free.

Just looks a bit odd with Shenny in there knowing he is still with us OCL.
