Re: Season tickets
The club needs us more than ever !
Re: Season tickets
Those that can to do so, great. But they’re will be many more who can’t, for whatever reason, who shouldn’t be made to feel any less of a supporter because they choose to put things in their lives before Castleford Tigers.

Re: Season tickets
Now more than ever the club need to offer some flexibility, rather than the current ‘all or nothing’ approach to season tickets.
As well as a full season tickets, I think we should be offering games in bundles of 3, so supporters can buy a mini-season ticket that covers three, six or nine games (with better value for the more games purchased). Supporters could then choose which games to attend (using a reference code to claim the tickets for the games they want to attend when they go on sale, so crowd numbers are known in advance). I won’t buy a full season ticket, but I’d certainly buy a 6-game pass for me and my daughter. As it is, the club won’t see that money.
Now also seems like a good time to do some life memberships - 100 available at £1000 each would bring in £100,000 at a time it is most needed.
But the club will just do what the club have always done.

Those £1000 life memberships sound like good value for moneynottinghamtiger wrote: ↑17 Nov 2020, 13:54 Now more than ever the club need to offer some flexibility, rather than the current ‘all or nothing’ approach to season tickets.

Re: Season tickets
Exactly. It needs limiting to a small number so as to not impact on every season afterwards, but it’s a technique that can inject a good sum into the club when it is most needed.Tamworth Tiger wrote: ↑17 Nov 2020, 16:17Those £1000 life memberships sound like good value for moneynottinghamtiger wrote: ↑17 Nov 2020, 13:54 Now more than ever the club need to offer some flexibility, rather than the current ‘all or nothing’ approach to season tickets.

I know some clubs have done 10-year memberships as a similar approach. I think the club would get 100 people signing up for a 10-year membership at £1000 too, and maybe that’s fairer than a life membership.
However, the intricacies are irrelevant. It’s not the kind of idea the club will go for because it’s actually a good one,
