Hope this don’t go away from us in last 5/6 mins.
Hasn’t been his best game but hardly lets us down, hard done by with the red card decision , this would’ve been a tasty game with a crowd in.

Proud of the boys not sure how fit a few of them were either but they gave it there all hard to beat a team when theve got the ref giving them everything but we came close

Referee will use the “I gave a penalty try so I’m clearly not biased” line...

He didn't give it! Lancastrian Marcus Griffith's did and the TJ told the ref to go to the screen.

Tom Grant was bricking it, bias Leeds fan that he is.

Well done lads. No credit for Leeds there.

Pantomime refereeing.

Holmes lost us the game by deciding to take on the smallest bloke in Leeds - that includes all the local schools - and losing.

Fantastic effort that to a man. Shocking refereeing but ultimately too many errors probably just cost us match. I’ve seen enough though to think we have the makings of a good team going forward. Hopefully they won’t get battered on here for that performance anyway.

Nothing but admiration for that team tonight. You can blame a few things at the backs end, but fatigue eventually creeps in when you play 51 minutes with a man less.

I'd love to know what the genuine thoughts of that referee are once he's sat down and watched the recording of that game with his mum.

I would be devastated at such a personal horror show.

Well he's literally a Leeds Rhinos fan so probably "great game, best performance yet"

That all anybody can ask from a side up against it.
The standard of refereeing in SL is utterly appalling.
All Joe publics asks the the correct interpretation of the rules which is NOT happening why???
Hurrell takes Truey out play on ..we follow thru on Gale penalty...ball strips ...
The people in charge seriously need to address sub standard refs in our game ...have watched league since 60's and can state the quality of officials in UK rugby league is shocking and getting worse I'm getting to the point where the game is in terminal decline in this aspect.
As regards to the magnificent 12 I take my hat off to you in respect to the abject decedent unprofessional and biased official on view

Every question about the ability of Tom Grant were explained when it was made public he's from, lives in and supported (held a season ticket for) Leeds.

People that are so incompetent often believe they are very good at what they do and fully believe this. You will never convince this type of person of anything else.

You will continue to see such performances from this referee as nothing will be done or said by the powers that be. Any team on the end of that tonight would be fully and justifiably fuming. The team that aren’t will not care and neither will the RFL.

Our game is dying a death because of who runs it and because of inept people involved in its support for these inept people.

Having said all that Holmes should be made to walk it home and not get on the bus with the rest of the boys.

Fantastic effort to be rest of the team, upstanding effort.

Nothing really to say about the officiating that hasn’t already been said, it was shambolic. Still don’t think it was a red - nobody can say they’d let someone elbow them and not react but, Wilkin said it was a ‘shrug’ so all good! Yeah, ok then! Idiot!

Anyway, really proud of the lads tonight, never gave in and showed pride in the shirt. Great effort.

Holmes was dumb. Yes there was probably provocation but to react like that was unforgivable. Probably what made the difference.

The rest of the refereeing ‘performance’ was disgraceful though. The standard is the worst i can remember but that lad is just plain useless.

Just imagine what your employment status would be if you perform at work tomorrow like the referee did toneet. Ok, Oggy shouldn't have reacted the way he did, but something went off ie elbow to the chops, but great effort all round 💪
