If Cas get in Gales face from the kick off he'll go missing. However easier said than done.

Re: Leeds up next
What does having training in Leeds have to do with his bias? I live in Wakefield and work in Leeds but I wouldn't be biased towards either of them, exactly the opposite

Exactly. We know better than most how quickly he goes missing if things aren’t going his way.westerbeast73 wrote: ↑26 Oct 2020, 15:45 If Cas get in Gales face from the kick off he'll go missing. However easier said than done.

Re: Leeds up next
Tonights game is all about the forwards.
Cas pack gets on top, Gale has no ball and less time to play.
Leeds pack gets on top, Gale has a field day.
I'm not particularly optimistic.
Some Cas forwards may not be match fit.

Re: Leeds up next
On the ref, the rules were relaxed a few years ago to afford ref's the opportunity of reffing any team on the basis they are professional and carry no bias. I don't like the idea as it means the poor individual cannot win. If they award more decisions in favour of the team from their Ref area, they are viewed as biased. If they do the opposite, the locals say they have deliberately not giving us the decisions to avoid claims of bias.
All this is regardless of any actual reasons behind the decisions.
Any, I agree that we have to dominate their pack as this will remove Gale's ability to run the show.

Just like Keegan said in 96; I’ll tell you, honestly, I will love it if we beat them. Love it.

Am I reading this right. Clare in the centre?
Vs Hurell who'll swap sides to trample over him like a dinosaur

Sounds like Sutcliffe will be staying at Leeds so dont be surprised to see Clare playing centre more often.

Has John Wilkins got a problem with Richardson. He twice talked about Trueman and O’Brien and not Richardson even though Carney specifically referred to him.

Hardly great start, can’t defend our line once again and can’t keep hold of the ball, simple game made to look difficult by us.

Re: Leeds up next
And so the blatantly bad decisions begin. That was shocking from the ref, most blatant reef ever.

Mcmeeken loses ball, Leeds good set, Olpherts can’t hold the ball.

Re: Leeds up next
Why can't these refs get the decisions right that involve the very basics of the game?.
Embarrassing.

Re: Leeds up next
Blatant strip and should have been Cas penalty , however I don't think Mylers dropped ball should have been a knock on so 1 a piece on bad calls , both lead to tries . Cant complain.
