Well
Cook and Mcmeeken are going.

I'd add
Moors
Foster
JSL (possibly, I just dont get the form dip tbh)
Eden
Milner (prefer O Neil, younger and cheaper too)
Turner
Feki (if he cant get fit, different kettle of fish if so)

Claire - I don't have an issue as keeping but needs to be a squad player.

No chance of Shenton/Millo going and could both look better if other areas are fixed up.

We need 2 props,
1 backrower
1 centre
1 back up half
1 winger

I agree with you kb80 that’s where we need to freshen, but don’t believe we’ll get anywhere near it

We will never be able to compete with the top teams. We have always overachieved which gives us all a false sense of expectation.

It’s a bit like dieting. You can have a short burst and really lose a lot of weight, feel good and buy new clothes. You feel this is it the new me (I.e 2017) but at the end of the day you will end up back in the wardrobe putting on the fat boy clothes again... (2018/19) whilst the Saints, Wigan’s and Warrington’s can keep shopping at Zara without worrying. (Last 20 years).

We can live in hope that one day we will turn into the toned lean club we want to be...but it won’t happen. Maybe a couple of visits to Fat Fighters next year may give some hope...but in long term we will always be as fat as David Fafita, (but on a good day)

Having just watch that match (?) I can on only say that I'm glad that the season is over.
We are so far behind others in SL its unbelievable
I really do fear for us in View of the dross we have currently at the club without suitable young promising players challenging for a first team spot.
Never in all my time of following Cas since mid 60s have I been so despondent about the future ...since 2017 we have gone backwards like no other club in SL ...why..poor visIon..
lack of funds ...no future plan...I dont now what the answer is but we need to resolve this asap otherwise the prospect for us is bleak

Unfortunately, it’s just history repeating itself.

For me we’ve got 8-9 players that just aren’t good enough and need moving on
Think something needs to change with our training because we can’t carry on with how many Injuries we get

Always going to be same unless attitude changes at the club. Giving contracts out to players because they've been good servants instead of saying on ya bike your not up to it anymore. We need to be a little more ruthless when contract discussions are coming around.

Add in Feki & Blair for me as well. Just not getting any value for money out of them and both taking up a quota spot.

To be honest theres Evalds, Trueman, Richardson, McShane & Watts that are the keepers. A couple of decent squad men Massey, Griffin, Smith & Holmes. Young guys like O’Neill & Hepi are worth a place to see how they develop. A case could maybe be argued for a couple of others, Olpherts springs to mind, but i wouldn't be fussed if him and any of the others not mentioned were to depart. Won’t happen though.

Aye, I'm sure we'll keep 11 and get rid of 19 players...

It’s a worry for me the fact no rumours of players incoming most of our young players off else where and a fair few that are ooc.
I think our business has been pretty poor lately some of it we just haven’t had luck with other parts it’s like we have had no vision going forward.
Our pack is getting on and as it stands we don’t look like we are really strengthening it,
Moors - should be no where near 1st team
Cook - what’s happened to him?
Millo - great player and I do think he still has a year to go and should be a great mentor to the next gen of props
Meeks - going
Foster - not a centre
Blair - defo not the centre we all hoped for looked good in the back row
Shenton - past it been turned inside out a few times this year
Clare - good squad player
Eden - needs a move and a fresh challenge him and Powell clearly don’t get on
Milner - been a shadow of himself last couple of years
Jesse - just doesn’t seem to have the effect he used to.
