Re: FEKI - 999!
I guess it opens up the option to bring someone in when the season starts if they aren’t getting in the team at their current club.Tigerman2014 wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:41 If true nothing to say it is or isn’t yet just hear say who would be available to sign at this stage other clubs are struggling to sign players with cap space
All players are keen to fight for their place before the season starts, but once it’s obvious you aren’t in the coach”s first choice 17 it can become tempting to move.
Personally, I’d be straight in for Tony Gigot.

Rather nick Chase Stanley from under Wakey’s nose we’d have 2 quota places still as Stanley won’t count due to Toronto rulingnottinghamtiger wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:44I guess it opens up the option to bring someone in when the season starts if they aren’t getting in the team at their current club.Tigerman2014 wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:41 If true nothing to say it is or isn’t yet just hear say who would be available to sign at this stage other clubs are struggling to sign players with cap space

Gigot has signed for Avignon, but only on a rolling contract that he can leave if he get a full time offer.westerbeast73 wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:53Gigot has signed for another club ? I was thinking he’d play at left centre rather than on the wing to be fair.
Clare is also injured.

So we have two fit wingers for the start of the season, could struggle this year if we get more injuries

I wouldn’t be disappointed with that, either.Tigerman2014 wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:50Rather nick Chase Stanley from under Wakey’s nose we’d have 2 quota places still as Stanley won’t count due to Toronto rulingnottinghamtiger wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:44I guess it opens up the option to bring someone in when the season starts if they aren’t getting in the team at their current club.Tigerman2014 wrote: ↑17 Feb 2021, 22:41 If true nothing to say it is or isn’t yet just hear say who would be available to sign at this stage other clubs are struggling to sign players with cap space

This 'Rumour ' has certainly attracted more posts than flies around a corpse.
Let's all calm down and wait for a Club statement, if of course there's any truth in it.
Personally I'm sceptical.

Re: FEKI - 999!
I just hope to god we replace him , I like and think you need two players for every position and think you need 4 wingers . And with our track record we pick them up way too much so think we would deffo need a new winger
