Powell as had 2/3 crap hands dealt him past 3/4 weeks.
Not playing then playing at short notice.
Having to play 2 games in 3 days, that’s bloody ridiculous in this day and age for any sports men/women. Where as the safety of the players gone.

I hope daryll stays, let’s see what players we bring in for next season.
If our recruitment is crap then I’d be looking at jon wells.
Powell can only work with who wells Chooses. get rid of wells and let daryl have 100% rein on who we recruit.

So did Hull, but they took the sensible option and rested 8 players for Thursdays match. They won both matches we lost both. I know which coach made the right call.

Some crap being posted on here wanting Kear , Noble and Wane that would not change a thing the problem is those in charge of the cash is at fault, With next season’s departures the club should back Powell and put the cash up front for him to bring some decent players

Agree 100% on Wells tho I'm sure Powell as the big say now anyway

I’m too depressed to comment tonight, but there’s a lot of things to put right. Powell isn’t one of them.

We look very stale and clunky but i would be keeping Darryl and having a cull of the players not up to it.As good as shenny has been in the past he needs to go as no winger will receive a pass from him and his defence has gone.Junior,Jesse, feki,Millo, possibly Oggy all need replacing. If with a freshen up Powell stll cannot get things going then i'd look at his position.

But we have spent our full cap according to John Wells?

The situation this year has bought him time but he needs to be ruthless. Get rid of the dead wood.
