They are going to have to knock the LLS shield and prize money on the head for this year.
How will it look for example if Catalans finish top by 4 points yet they have played 3 games less than Warrington or Saints?
Table is based on win %age, not points.
Like has been said, hardly fair if a team doesn’t play all games yet we’ve played Saints, Wigan, Catalans and (after tomorrow) Warrington all twice.

That’s why Catalans are now top despite only winning 5 games to Saints, Wigan and Warrington’s 7

So it's now in Catalans favour to cancel as many games as they can against the top clubs to keep the percentage up, and only be "available" to play the lower clubs who they expect to beat.
The whole season is becoming a farce.

It was a farce as soon as they kicked the first ball
Just chill and wait for next season if there is one. To be honest couldn't care less.

Not quite because if catalan dont complete a total of 15 games they cant qualify for the play offs.
They've only played 7 so far.

As a competition the league now has zero credibility.
You’re talking about a competition that has loop fixtures and an extra ‘magic’ fixture as the norm. To most observers it had very little credibility or integrity in the first place.

People can say it doesn’t have any credibility all they like. If cats win it then it’s the best season ever in my book. In fact the same could be said for every team, whoever wins it will celebrate and everyone else will just have a weak excuse. It’s the same for everyone so get used to it. The real crucial element is getting the season finished as early as possible so next season isn’t impacted.

It’s clearly not the same for everyone when not all teams will of played the same number of games

Firstly, I’d like to say I’m buzzing we have any type of rugby at all, definitely not one of those that’s ‘the season. Should be scrapped’, it’s been great to have a few double headers, irrespective what day it is. This table change though? Wow,, it’s not good if you’ve played all the top four home and away already is it? Like us!!! What’s to stop a team wiTh saints at the weekend thinking, wait. Catalans have a free weekend This week,
Let’s play the Covid card and let them play saints instead, we’ve got Wakefield next week, bugger that.? That wolf man who runs the suleelague is a proper empty head !!

It wont happen because the clubs need their sky money. If their not on tv they dont get paid.

Fixed so Leeds have best chance of getting top 4. They only have 18 fixtures if season plays out right now. Subject to how they do in Cup, not sure who they don’t play but it’s easier to play 18 games than 20.

Is tonight a do or die game? because if we lose, that top 4 gets a hell of a lot more difficult to get in to now it's based on %

Had we not agreed to play a match when the Hull game was postponed we would have had a better win rate.
That's how much of a lottery it is becoming.

So, another theory... you could have 2 teams in the Grand Final that haven't played each other at all during the normal season!

How can it be called a competition and a league competition at that, when all teams will not play each other twice or even at all!! Sure I get the sky money argument, but surely we can at least play each other once. Oh sh*t it's time to get up from that weard dream
