Let's see what we win this Year NOTHING as per usual, the best coach in Superleague who's won NOWT.
There are many players and coaches across the game in addition to people in the media who understand the game who will respectfully tell you that you don't know what you're talking about.

Not bringing in young players, what about jake trueman.
DP has consistently done brilliantly on a much tighter budget than wigan wire or saints

Not disagreeing. Just nice to see him back on the pitch after a rough 12 months with injuries.

So your saying the best coach in Superleague is the one who's won nothing. Think in Years to come the record books will say a different story.

It’s gonna take moors 2/3 months to get up to match fitness and speed.
I don’t think we should be getting on his back after one game.

At the end of the day it’s our first win since March, I think everyone has to agree Powell has made some questionable decisions but looking from the outside in we don’t know everything that go’s on in training. Let’s hope we make a big push for the play offs and keep playing week in week out and for everyone to keep safe and healthy.

If that's the case he should be no where near a rugby field when there's Hepi and Oniel who can actually run nevermind walk.

If you would like me to be less subtle - I'm saying you don't know what you're talking about.

Give DP the squads at Saints, Wire, Pies, Hull + their financial backing + their training facilities and he would have won plenty.

Seems pretty obvious to me.

All we can do is see what the next couple of months bring. No point asking for the coach to be sacked, it will not happen.
I don't think it should, but it does not matter, because it won't. So let's just see what the craziest season ever in rugby league history brings and decide then.

Jake trueman was a raw teenager, 16 I think when he came to cas.
He’s now in his 20’s, so in the 4+ years, DP as made him the young player of the year.
And selected for international honours.

the happy hooker9 wrote: 03 Sep 2020, 22:12 What is the point of having Turner in the 17 yet not getting on the field....straight out of the McDermott coaching manual...what's wrong with Hepi/O'Neill... cannot be a master stroke by "the best coach in SL" when it puts added stress on the 16 actually trying to do the business..baffling!!!
Told Eden had a slight twinge , nothing serious and nothing to stop him playing , Turner was there just in case he pulled up injured . Suppose that's the risk you take , especially after Sticks last week.

To be fair, he signed at 17 (and only just 17 I think). He was hardly a SL player when he signed.
Trueman is considered to be a home-grown player because he has spent three years at the club before he turned 21. So technically he is recognised as being a Castleford-trained player.
In future, maybe check the actual facts before insulting other people.

we look better in attack when richardson plays we out trueman . when both play seem to cancel each other out both too similar players . Defence was shocking compared to three weeks ago against st helens we have to sign two centres for next year. should powell go i would say give him one more season hard to judge when never have full team out. what i would change who ever is in charge off recruitment its just not good enough a lot off players we bring in are below standard or all ready carry in injurer's when we sign them.

HES NOT FROM CAS THOUGH. My point is Powell as not progressed any young player from Cas. Hes signed loads of players from other clubs and made them better. BUT NO ONE FROM CAS ](*,)
