Hearing fixtures to be announced tomorrow. Not sure if this is for rest of season or first few weeks. I sure hope Sky can cover them all!!!

Will they confirm structures.
Like relegation and promotion.
Without these means a pretty meaningless competition.
Security for Wolf pack.
Come on RFL step up to the mark.

Was meant to be tomorrow, but I’m hearing it will be Wednesday now. Unless a couple of issue can be sorted in the day tomorrow.

Promotion & relegation expected to be officially cancelled with RFL chairman Simon Johnson to address clubs at 4:30 PM tomorrow. Can also reveal Super League & RFL have held talks about giving the parachute payment to lower league clubs to soften the blow.

Gareth Carvell saying there's still no agreement between some clubs and players over taking pay cuts and the clubs involved can't return to training till that's sorted maybe that led to the putting back of the fixture announcement

Fixtures delayed again it is a bit of a joke really but giving the record of the people that have run rugby league as long as I care to remember no surprise at all

Taken from TRL site today

Super League fixtures will not be released today.

Complications have resulted in competition officials from pushing back the release of the fixtures ahead of the competition’s restart.

Fixtures aren’t expected on Thursday either as work continues to finalise the fixtures.

Club officials met on Wednesday to discuss pay cut disputes running rife through Super League. It’s unclear whether the ongoing uncertainty has played a part in the decision to push back the date on fixtures being released.

The only fixtures known are those that will welcome back the season on August 2nd.

Hull KR will take on Toronto, St Helens will play Catalans and Leeds will play Huddersfield.

Sad to read, seems like not happy camp at the moment.

Do we really have a governing body in this sport ??

Seems to me that if it something that not everyone agrees on unanimously it doesn't happen.

How can you agree to rule changes on 6 again/no scrums etc but not any fixture format (with/out relegation etc).

Actually, I didn’t. Hence why I asked. Please don’t presume to know what I know

I don’t buy or subscribe to any rugby papers and my social media presence is limited to Linked In. So, Mr. Smarty Pants, how would I know?

I don't honestly know why your arguing with me I said the fixture announcement had been put back again today after being put back on Monday you seemed to want to argue the point like I say I don't know why

Not arguing with you at all pal. Just didn’t think you should be assuming that I knew who Matthew Shaw was.

Does anyone know when the fixtures will be released? I don’t think the players wage talks are holding things up as they wouldn’t of released the first batch of fixtures on 2nd August, would they?

Excuse my naivety but l would have thought iit would be Sky who would dictate the fixtures to fit in with their scheduling.
The so called governing body only decisions are probably about their own expenses account.
