Liam watts.
Re: Liam watts.
I seriously doubt they'll try for Watts with him having 2 years left on his deal. We can name our price and I think it'd be astronomical what we'd ask. They'll sign a big south see islander... They have a knack of picking em.

Re: Liam watts.
Got another 3 years left after this season.
Re: Liam watts.
Just spoken with Liam. Asked him shot moving to Penrith. His reply “never, got everything I need right here”.

Re: Liam watts.
If the rumours are correct then we might be seeing a bit more of Ashworth but then Saints would have even more money to buy any replacement for either of both.
We let Gale go and we got good money and a replacement. Let’s hope it isn’t the same with with Watts.
If I was a betting man I would be backing Watts to stay at Cas. Can’t believe DP would be happy to lose Watts.

Put your money on Watts staying, silly rumour nothing more.

Re: Liam watts.
Saints won’t even bid for him.
Re: Liam watts.
I keep saying it and to my mind it is quite true :
Castleford is the place to be right now for good or excellent young players playing at other clubs (other than maybe Saints or Wigan etc). Even players at other top clubs to move to too.
It’s clear in rl circles that the back room set up and coaching team (and existing player roster) is on the verge of something sustainably big for the next few years.
Daryl has a LOT of respect and belief in him.
I for one see us as genuine contenders when Evalds arrives. Especially with the addition of a quality antipodean import such as Evans.
I can see a golden era on the horizon. Obviously it won’t last forever, but, the aim is clearly to better the 69 and 70 side in my opinion.

It'd be nice if we have signed Evans. His name keeps coming back, but, we've no solid news other than Notts saying he's 90 percent certain, I don't know how reliable his source is though?Mysterio wrote: ↑13 Jun 2020, 16:20 I keep saying it and to my mind it is quite true :
