Interesting piece in the BBC Sport website about restarting the season. Don’t know how to copy it so you need to have a look.
If anyone can only itI am sure it would be a good topic of conversation.

Limited crowds by October can see it just being season ticket holders with no away fans.

I suspect it would include corporate as well. This would generate some funds for the club.

Totally agree Gateman it seems a very long time ago. It will probably be just as long if not longer before we get anywhere near but we must keep going and hope things improve.
Take care Gateman and look after yourself and let’s see you at the other side of all this.

Whoever's going to win the Grand Final if it goes ahead will be viewed as "it wasn't a proper season though was it" I'm afraid.
Watch it be Cas now I've said that!

If it was Cas how many of us wouldn’t take it as being the champions? Cas, or whoever it may be, can’t do anything about the situation so for me whoever wins a trophy will be justified winners under the circumstances.
How many RL fans wouldn’t be happy if they won something this season?

Got to take what u can in the record books it will say you was champions I’d rather win something then not.
It’s like Leeds in football looking like they will be invited to the premiership to me they will always be a championship club as they have not won promotion but to there fans they will be a premiership club.

Nobody says that about the Wigan side that won the shortened season before the start of Super League

It will be remembered for ever given the circumstances

If, as it seems to say it will, the games are fully completed and a full season played, then the winners willrighly be regarded as the Champions. No ifs or buts but champions.
I do tink the proposals are optimistic but would welcome some TV coverage of live games, with or wothout crowds.

I don’t think I’ve heard of any decision on promotion and relegation for this season. The top of championship would have looked interesting by now had it not been for the virus. Is it possible that the bottom SL team will be relegated, and a Championship team receives an invitation to join SL? It is an unfortunate situation, SL will have some winners in Grand finalists and CC, but sadly no winners in the championship.

Or you could look at it the other way around and say that they are more of a champion side having come through all of the adversity that season and still performed like a champion side. Always two ways of looking at things

I'd snap your hand off if that was the offer. Wouldn't care less what anyone else thought!
