Just seen this on twitter, reading through it, I thought by heck, we’ve come a long way since those dark days.
I know being winners is the be all and end all.
But this is some achievement in the last 6 yrs.

Cas finished top 5 every year from 2014 (only Saints have matched this)

Reached CC Final in 2014, GF in 2017 and won a LLS

Currently 2nd in SL.

More MoS winners (3) than any club in last decade.

10 of first 27 in their squad are home grown and have one of best academies in SL

Yeah it’s fantastic how far we’ve come.competatative week in week out and playing some of the best rugby I’ve seen.a team to be really proud of and long may it continue

We have been spoiled rotten with the rugby Darryl and the team have served up, top dogs in Yorkshire regularly with ridiculous records against our nearest and dearest, wakey and Leeds. Really is a time to savour being a cas fan with hopefully much more to come.

Thing is where we were under the previous coach mainly garbage no dummy runners in games, flimsy tackling ,most games not a lot of spirit to achieve what we have since then is a fine achievement complete turn around really
