A happy & safe Easter to all

Post by SuffolkTiger » 11 Apr 2020, 14:23

Wishing everyone who is connected with our club a peaceful weekend in these difficult & challenging times.

I'm enjoying a cold beer or two in the garden on a glorious day in my adopted county.

Thoughts go out to those who have been affected by this virus or have loved ones who have. Special mention to those emergency workers who are putting themselves at risk in order keep us all safe & also beat this thing.

Take care everyone.

I think he's been adopted by Suffolk now, not Yorksahire.

Anyway, my thoughts are with everyone through this moment in time as we all battle are way through this crisis. Those on the front line must have so much courage to fight is face on and we must all play our part and stay at home.

My youngest daughter works in social care and has so far been given no PPE but carries on as those she cares for still have the same needs.

Take care folks and as Dave Allen always said, "may your God go with you". My take being, find peace wherever you can.

Happy Easter everyone, enjoy the day, and keep safe, This virus is really bad, and only just getting started, I've just spent eight nights in Pinders, I'm fine, but seeing these poor people fighting for their lives really opens your eyes

Yes - grew up on the outskirts of Cas & went to Cas High. Left when i was 17. Always planned to move back up north but a combination of marriage, children & work kept me down here. I always love to come back and visit though - especially to watch my beloved club or getting out into the dales walking and finding the best pubs in the UK. Can't wait to do both those things once this nightmare is over.

Good to hear Suffolk lad, and home will always be home. You can take the lad out of Yorkshire, but you can't take Yorkshire out of the lad. 🐯 COYF

All true.

I've got a mate who lives down the road in Newmarket. Originally from Donny, he's a staunch Rhino. The rivalry and occasional dislike transcends into Suffolk effortlessly....!!

When I went to Ipswich a few years back for one of my football outings, I walked past a bloke in a Rhinos shirt.

Go 200 miles to the middle of nowhere and still can't get away from them.
