Does he plan on sticking around if the new ground doesn't come to fruition?

Why no shareholders AGM - for the first time in the clubs history.

Why hasn't the balance sheet been sent out to shareholders?

All good points i will try and ask these kind of questions ,last time i went to one of these kind of events every time you asked what could be seen as a difficult question there was mutterings of oh sit down from the room put me off going again, but zero point in having this kind of event if Ian Fulton not going to answer difficult questions

Would the Club consider 'giving' Lateral the ground if it secured the finance for the developer to build the new stadium?

This is why nobody goes to these things. It has been the same since they started. Any difficult questions don’t get answered. Exactly the same as the shareholders AGM.

This is 100% why Fulton has done what he has done. Too much to hide and doesn’t care a toss about the fans or the shareholders. Looking after number one.

You would get more interest from a cheap and nasty bank account than you do from this lot.

It was always a case of “Please don’t disclose what has been discussed tonight on any forum” by RW and co. FACT

Knowing how the current control freak works it will be even worse.

The request to keep things confidential is the norm at any shareholders meeting. Most ignored that advice, many comments have found their way onto this and other forums/social media - especially recently due to the nature of how shareholders meeting have been held.

Unfortunately and without consultation the club have now stopped holding a shareholders AGM. Nor have they sent out a balance sheet which is contrary to company rules.
Some predicted this would be the case once Ian Fulton took over full control. This prediction has turned out to be correct.

I have been attending the club shareholders meeting for years. At one time you were openly allowed to ask a question/raise a point - especially during any other business.
Sadly, this is no longer the case. You have to supply a written question, the club read out a written reply, which doesn't always answer the question asked. You are not allowed to question or raise queries with respect to any given answer.
Before the current regime took over, the AGM used to be held on an evening after work. Now it's at 10.30 in the morning when most people have work commitments. Therefore the numbers attending have decreased over the last 5 years. In addition questions were welcomed from the floor about any subject; being it from financial matters, new ground, to player recruitment etc.
The club have totally ignored requests from current shareholders to hold an AGM.
It does leave a nasty taste in the mouth and the clubs current stance does does raise some serious questions and issues.

Can we go back on topic and not make this thread about your own political agendas against the club .

So did anybody at all attend meet the first directors and if so what was said ?

I got the heads up you wouldn't be allowed to stand up and ask a question and then hopefully a follow up once you'd heard the answer
But surely the bullet points of what was said could be put up on the website if they don't want anybody who went coming on here and saying what occured
I remember last year Hudds Tiger did this excellent and informative it was too

I think that was the Q and A the club did through the website rather than a meeting.

Sadly location and work mean I can't get to them now.

In terms of what was said at Meet the Directors from what I have read briefly on Facebook, there is a plan to put more seats in at Wheldon Road should Axiom be delayed longer.

Also, nothing is sorted or agreed regarding Moors

Some kids are having to double up in the same week between reserves and u19 this is not good long term. Our reserves seem to be very under funded
