Re: TODAYS WIN
Plenty to extremely positive about:
Defensively very pleasing today.
Rankin was really good.
The young lads stood up well.
Richardson's kicking game was spot on.
Millo again doing huge minutes.
Blair took his try very well.
Hardaker again dis nothing.
Watts and Macca got through a hell of a lot.

Re: TODAYS WIN
Listening to BBC Radio Leeds commentary, there was a point in the first half where he made what they described as a 'back bending tackle' to save a try, could this have something to do with him leaving the field be it some time later in the second half?

Re: TODAYS WIN
Our defence was on fire.
What a game what a result.
GET IN.
daughter sat in stand said trueman came off holding his head, so looks like a migraine.
Get some bodies back next week, get to Catalan and bring them 2 points home.
Just need to get our attack together, no tries second half.
Not to worried though, was a bit of mix and match with players swapping and changing.
Big plus junior is back.

Tries were never going to be flowing tonight especially with the lineup we had
Chance next week to try some stuff if we get anyone back

Re: TODAYS WIN
I thought Powell called the game perfectly when to bring players on and off getting DR to kick ball in corner in touch on last tackle making them pack down and getting line set and smashing into them

Damn good performance that. The defence was as good as i’ve seen for a long time and the kicking game very good. And the good thing is there is still improvement to come, especially with players back.
The players have set the bar high now, they have to keep that standard going. If they do we could be in for a very good season.

Absolutely fantastic. As near to a complete performance as I’ve seen for a few years. Everyone knew their roles and executed perfectly. Well done lads.

Re: TODAYS WIN
Can’t knock that at all. 1-17 great effort and some real gritty defence. Nice to see a half back that knew exactly what the team needed and gave us some breathing space when required.
Hopefully no more injuries so we can build week on week.

Re: TODAYS WIN
Magnificent result.
With so many players out I didn't give us much of a chance pre kick off.
DP at his very best.
