Has anybody had there season ticket delivered ? How do they know your address ? I purchased mine online

Hello guys I purchased my season ticket the other day online but the account I use to login to the website I can no longer access that email address anymore . I paid for my season ticket to get delivered and can’t acces my confirmation email as it is on my old account which I can no longer access because it got hacked . So I’m not really sure what to do . Has anybody ordered there’s online for it to be delivered? And does anyone know what I can do ?

You can login to the website with your email address and password and it will tell you ticket orders/sales orders I believe. You may be able to download your confirmation from there again too?
