Tell you what, we have all had our favourites over the years but few could argue that this lad has done more for the town and community than most if not all before him. Thousands of miles away from his family, he decides to spend his Christmas Eve helping out at a local care home. He always champions local businesses and is real credit to our town and club. Fair play Jesse, we are proud to call you one of our own.

Underrated player as well in my book I had him as one of my dream team backrowers last season

As a club we have some really top blokes, too many to choose between, but Jesse does stand out. Thousands of miles away from his family and helping out when and wherever. His enthusiasm for the game and club are second to none and to top it off he's a cracking player. The world would be a lot better place with more like Jesse. Thanks for being at our club Jesse lad 🙏👍💪🐯 COYF 🏉

Anybody that takes the time and goes out of there way to help those less fortunate than themselves deserves praise especially at this time of year
Jesse will go down as a special bloke that's being at cas and there's been some down the years that is for sure

It's not even close. This guy has done so much for the community. From delivering pizzas for charity to working in care homes Christmas eve.

As well as what looks like he is the heart and soul of the team.

Little things like posting stuff on his Instagram saying how nice Castleford is etc.....

If this is his last season he needs one hell of a Send off. Maybe not the best player on the park but nobody can fault him for his work ethic on a and off the field.
