What do we all seem to think of Jamie bell then ? Was he at fault last year for the injuries we had?

I don’t think so. You can’t mitigate for injuries like Luke Gale’s, that’s just pure bad luck.
Likewise, you can’t prevent in-game injuries, particularly impact injuries like the one Junior Moors suffered,
I didn’t like the fact the players weren’t required do any rehab work after the last game of the year - they should have been in for recovery and assessment rather than on a plane downing copious amounts of alcohol. To me, that does raise some concerns about the professionalism of our approach to conditioning.

All those moral and social issues to comment on in that film and the bit you remember is...

Ah well...

I don't think it is right to blame just one person. As pointed out above, injuries happen naturally in a contact sport. There is luck involved too.

Like the team on field though, the off field staff have to take learnings from last year. It is a collective thing. Nothing wrong with trying something new. Just didn't work out.

Apparently he has taken some of the blame for some of the injuries and whilst this is very honest of him it shows he wasn’t up to the job. To be fair to him he shouldn’t have got the job in the circumstances he did and as often happens he was the cheap option.

This was mentioned by many at the time and so it proved it wasn’t a great appointment.

My thoughts, cheap option being given another chance and let’s see if he can be better. I doubt he can. Don’t feel he can improve enough in such a short time.

I agree who ever you employ should know there roll and not hold there hands up at the end of the season and say I got it wrong
Have to see how we go this time around you can't help contact injuries in games but no way should we have had the number of players we did get some kind of injury off the field and not in a match
