Looked solid tonight.

Don't know if Powell sees him as a prop or second row.

27yrs of age, so his best years are in front of him.

I thought it a strange signing.
In Powell we trust.

Thought he looked average in a very good Salford side. Gave away two stupid penalties.

In my humble opinion....... tackling machine...... reminds me of Dale Fritz.
Compliment for sure.

He has a simple job at Salford, take the ball up as many times as he can and tackle anything that moves and leave the thinking to hastings, lussick and evalds.
Do we have 3 players in the above’s class and will he be as fit under our conditioners.
No and no would be my answer.

Not in the same league. Dale had class and a presence that the opposition feared. He’s not a bad player but not at that level imo of course

On a level with Dale Fritz?!? I can't speak. Fritz is one of the best second rowers our club has ever seen, Griffin aint good enough to wipe Dale's backside.

In what way figure, class, looks, ability because it’s none of those how else could he remind him of fritz. I’m pretty certain he was meaning ability?

Fritz was a class act no mistake.
If Griffin comes close it will be absolutely great.
Not worth arguing over.

Was better two weeks ago. Solid again.

I imagine he will play front row for us. Doing the tough stuff. Doesn't have the strike we should aim for in the back row.

Not at all disappointed he's signed

Clearly a humble opinion is not valued
Let’s just hold tight..... I remember thinking something special was assembling ahead of 2017, with Feki, Griffin, Blair, Rankin and Richardson maybe the same is happening.
The moment Hardacre signed we all knew something was about to happen..... maybe one more signing and we will rise again to the top......
Like I say, a humble opinion.

I think when his stats come out for last nights game Callum, this statement will look even more ridiculous. If you are the future of rugby league journalism god help us. My view last night was that Wigan’s main attack threats are down the left edge. Griffin defended that threat impeccably all night on Salford’s right. I’m not just saying it because we have signed him but I’ve watched him closely the last two weeks and he’s been a machine.

Griffin front row?

Play him in the 2nd row. Let Holmes,Foster and McMeeken fight it out for the other spot.

Looks like a good player and will definitely be better than what we have in the back up positions.... Does give a few penalties away though

Looks perfect for loose forward how it's played in the modern game. Not quick enough for 2nd row but tackles all day and has quick PTBs
