I 2nd this....tonight shows how much we are lacking in areas across the pitch.deffinatly need a lead half back and a forward that dosnt look like he needs crutches like millo does

The last thing we want to see after that is Gale leaving.

Absolute zero creativity in our side.

Millington could hardly walk let alone run how the hell can you win a big game when one of your starting forwards is in that state

As much as i like millo hes got to go after this year....hes more a liabillity now than a threat.dosn't look good when your selling your star half back, granted hes not played for 2 years but still not good when our attacks that crap

Millo has said he will go round again. We desperately miss a half. Pete M isnt one. A good link up from FB we badly miss. Rankin has moments but is he the long term answer?

Gale on one leg is more creative than P.M.

I fear performances like tonight could be the norm next year.

I would agree with the consensus that Peanut isn’t up to anything for us.
Millo is a hero but he’s too ripe now.

One thing I will be lobbying for incessantly over the coming weeks is for the desperate need to rejuvenate the squad. Hard decisions need to be made.

Rankin has been excellent recently for us, but is he the answer at FB. No.
Pete needs moving on. Fact.

One thing that must happen is get some pace in the side it's like watching the game in slow motion when we've got the ball

Lets hope not, good to see prospects like griffin having a good go and heppi in championship but i think we are lacking in forwards with millo and moores being the walking wounded and the backline inst good enough atm and think our main target should be a fullback for next year...could we tempt evalds away from salford anyone?money talks

No fluidity to our attack and even our edges are stop start(when it makes it to them)the plays we do are just not crisp and i think thats down to quality of personel not being good enough.oggy has to learn to pass the ball because most of the plays dies with him when he get the ball or goes flat

I don't know if you've noticed, but Christmas gets earlier and earlier each year, so who knows, you might just see him before the Swallows disappear off to sunny climates, I'm hoping so.

I think the time has come for a shake-up.
If Gale is going (and that looks likely), I’d be bringing in Aidan Sezer (who shouldn’t require a transfer fee) and spend the money we get for Gale on Niall Evalds.
I’d be tempted to encourage Millington and Moors to retire. If that’s not possible, bite the bullet and use the dispensation we’ve had from Gale’s salary to pay them off. Bring in Herman Ese Ese.

This ☝️, could not agree more, and the cull can start with Ellis, Clare, Milner & Massey for me, Oli Homes can consider himself lucky not to be on that list. Too many average players in that squad that have not provided adequate back up when called upon. OS signings need to step up as well, as they wont be cheap. We perform like we did tonight, next season, dont be worried about the 5, be more worried about the drop.

The backs did the forwards job tonight as well as there own simply no go forward at all and I give due credit to the Salford back getting on top but it's the same story in afraid forwards not good enough in a big game
Least Griffin looks a good recruit for next season

I'd look at trying to get Evalds. I know Wells is a big fan of him. Surely some of the money we get from Gale leaving and saving on wages could tempt Salford?

No Gale. Richardson in. Same as this year then. Looking like another year of struggling.
