Re: Jamie ellis
Jamie hasn't played regular rugby in 2 years and is going to be inconsistent, he's been brilliant then average to poor. I think with a run of games he'll go ok but isn't the first choice half back we need.
Re: Jamie ellis
Jamie hasn't played consecutively well ever imo that's his biggest issue one week looks class next week trash just too inconsistent.
For me id have macca at 7 milner at 9 and oneil on bench one last crack. Macca this year been way off his best imo

I think Maccas been playing injured for the last few month. Was the form hooker at the start of the season then got injured and not been the same since.
Re: Jamie ellis
Aston would start in front of Jamie for me

Re: Jamie ellis
Gotta disagree with you there pal. Aston is a far superior player in all attributes required from an half back. The only thing Ellis has over Aston is experience.
Re: Jamie ellis
Astons defence is also better.Fumper27 wrote: ↑17 Sep 2019, 18:57Gotta disagree with you there pal. Aston is a far superior player in all attributes required from an half back. The only thing Ellis has over Aston is experience.

Re: Jamie ellis
Ellis isn’t a SL-level half back in my opinion. But neither is Aston.
What are the chances of Luke Gale being a shock name on the team sheet an hour before kick-off?

Dont know what they are moaning about, but then again I saw Peter Coyne in a Cas shirt, so Jamie is a superstar
Re: Jamie ellis
That’s a name from the past Vinnie. Him, as well as Sean Rudder came across with star reputations but left worth those in tatters.thedogvinnie wrote: ↑18 Sep 2019, 08:37 Dont know what they are moaning about, but then again I saw Peter Coyne in a Cas shirt, so Jamie is a superstar

You could add Bob Lindner to those two, based on his second stint (holiday) with usFumper27 wrote: ↑18 Sep 2019, 08:55That’s a name from the past Vinnie.
