Complete tosh they have been completely out played, out fought and out thought.
A serious look at the coaching needs to happen as there is a high number of players playing out of position.
anyone who looks up his past posts will realise he blames the officials just about every time we lose :D

Leeds might have been the better team but they've had 10 points gifted to them by flat out incorrect decisions, they've been better but haven't been able to score without assistance....says a lot.

Cry more. Your constant defending of the indefensible is showing your "complete lack of RL intelligence", and your complete lack of general intelligence to be perfectly honest.

If the standard of officiating was better they'd get less criticism.

Like this guy tonight why pick someone who's never officiated a woman's game?

Ah well, lost again, Roche poor in both finals and too many handling errors.

Someone who can goal kick would be handy too.

You kids should stop drinking alcopops and then posting drivvel on forums. What kind of person needs to trade insults online?

BraytonTiger, apparently...who's usually quite level headed. Expect it from the usual trolls though that only appear when Cas lose or are in the news for the wrong reasons.

Poor form on my part too though, hold my hands up there.

How poor form is it from the RFL not giving Cas medals for league leaders or runners up medals tonight too?

Apologies I just get annoyed when people blame the officials. Like players they make mistakes, you are never going to get super league officials at these games. The RFL will always use up and coming young referees to gain experience before moving up the ranks.

Disappointing performance but they can be proud of what they achieved. They did get stung unfairly in the first half and the try given in the second half was contentious - even Leeds fans saying it didn’t look like it.

Ultimately we made too many basic errors like not being able to catch a kick off or a kick from Hill, losing the ball too much. Also seem to go into our shell when under the pump and resort to one out rugby.

Need to brush it off and go again, and hopefully attract 2 or 3 players from other clubs over the off season. Still young enough to learn and develop. Perhaps a chance for someone like Shenny to come in and get some coaching experience too and help out Anfield.

I think we missed the captain tonight, her replacement at scrum half didn't do much, neither did Roche really in attack but got through a lot in defence.

Marshall very quiet tonight. Peach was our stand out player and didn't deserve to be on the losing side, hope the head knock doesn't prevent her from going on the womens tour.

I thought the official was poor for both sides. while unhappy of a couple of their tries two of our tries came off a couple of iffy calls...was the 1st off a ball stolen in a two player tackle and the 2nd the final pass could have been chalked off for a forward pass?. So all in all we were beaten by a side who made less mistakes missed fewer tackles, and were experienced in coming back into and winning tight matches.

Didn’t seem to have any game plan or structure. That said, the difference was Courtney Hill, simple as that.

Cas tigers women team have had a good season coming top of the league and in two finals in which Leeds were too good for them in both finals.
No disrespect to the coach. but Perhaps it is time to let a male coach the team it worked for Leeds.

On the contrary, I think there should be more women coaching. Leeds should encourage women by letting them coach, rather than letting an old pro do it. The game is still developing and letting women learn their trade and gain experience has to be more important than results. You can only be proud of Cas for having a great womens coach in charge.

The RFL have let the women's game down again. Should have played the game in Yorkshire (we all know the balls up that meant it was not), and should have dignified the game with a super-league ref and a video referee.

Thought it was a decent game and Cas were unlucky not to get the win. Well done to the Leeds lasses, they had a bit more composure and individual skill when it was needed. A great advert for the high standard of fitness, commitment and skill that is on show in women's RL.

Hindsight is 20:20 as they say, but the celebrations after the first and second try were similar to one to win in the 79th minute. my personal feeling was there was too much emotional energy too early and that would tell.

Leeds managed that better to be honest and when things went well, they didn't get giddy and when things went wrong, they just got on with it. In my own work and life, that is the thing that makes the difference, not worrying about if you can recreate a 10/10 good day, but making sure your bad days/times are a 7 or an 8.

Was a good game, for a neutral, lots of chances... ultimately Leeds were better forgetting any officiating.

Agree with this Leeds just stuck to there game plan never really got rattled and just believed in what there aim was I think cas have 5 super talented women and some that are carried by these.
Leeds have a solid team of good players.
The cas team really looked like the first team in terms of just no real pace and poor lumb on the bench was picked out as the weakness and Leeds just kept at her I would have liked arnfield to have tried move something around to help combat that. Also think a massive shift in the game from not making touch with the kick. Thought peach was class and how good is dodds gunna be 16 years old and strong as an ox

Leeds kicking game far superior was the difference. Hetherington, sinfield involved,. A male coach in Cuthbertson. Was wells there? The difference also was better coaching it was obvious. Poor lumb should have been subbed.
