Must be awful for the coaching staff and said player when the ‘we’re cutting you’ message has to be delivered.
Whilst I’ve seen some talent in Egodo, I do know he’s not upto super league standard and do not believe he ever will be.

Re: On to London
Ironically I thought that in poor playing conditions his was as good as anyone’s the other day. He did miss one cut out pass but it wasn’t an easy take.

Re: On to London
Of the two knock ons, I'm not convinced by the one he got pinged for at the PTB too (if I'm recalling the one correctly in the first half).Tamworth Tiger wrote:Ironically I thought that in poor playing conditions his was as good as anyone’s the other day. Can't remember if it was that one definitely involving him but there was one where we put it down on the ground to play it and the man was still in the tackle

Re: On to London
And that's why people are fed up with the ruling body.....his was worse than Macca's!!!!!heritage1926 wrote:No ban for Alex Walker for use of knees on Egodo.
Re: On to London
Shocking decision when we’ve had two players banned for that. Junior Moors v Wakefield wasn’t justifies. Macca's was. The lack of consistency is infuriatingheritage1926 wrote:No ban for Alex Walker for use of knees on Egodo.

Re: On to London
whilst I tend to agree that Egodu probably won’t make it at Super League level I do find it a bit unfair he gets so much stick when we have carthorse Will Maher robbing a wage playing 10 minutes and dropping to the floor like a felled tree. Egodu shows this pea heart up for commitment and hard running and has probably made more yards in contact than Maher has in his entire 5 years with us.
Re: On to London
Fans pet hate??? Give over Gateman. It’s a few folk who know naff all about centre play that are giving him hassle. I’m sure that CB will come good next season.gateman wrote:is there any one like me who thought the fans pet hate Chesney improved a lot on the way he as been playing two assists for Egodos trys this week
Re: On to London
don't think its pet hate more massive disappointment when a lot on here who don't no any thing about him or rugby come to think off it built him up as a world beater after watching old videos off him . it was my opinion only not fact he would struggle and at moment I am proven right they is no denying that . wish people would not judge players when they have good game against worse team in league dint see any body praising after his embarrassing show at hull k r. I am same as fumper on next year he as to improve because cant get any worse or be finding is way home a reckon. then again he could be average for three years we be stuck with him with long contract is agent managed to get him.Fumper27 wrote:Fans pet hate???
