Somebody in the pack will have to set up other than Watts & Clark. If we don't win the battle up front we are toast.SREGITSAC wrote:Matt Cook is a big loss! And un-expected!!

Re: squad vs wakefield
Can't see us recalling Aston unless we had an intention to play him. Also think resting Cookie maybe a nod to having the game on Easter Monday and a bit of rotation
Think Aston will start off the bench:
Turner, Clare, Minikin, Shenton, Eden, Matautia, Trueman, Watts, Milner, Massey, McMeeken, Holmes, Jesse
Subs: Moors, Aston, Smith, Clark

That used to automatically writing Watts, McShane, Millington as the front row and Milner/Massey at loose. Macca on the brain.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:Great post Hudds, will Milner have 2 shirts on then?

Kyle be worse I suppose. Let’s hope Kendal doesn’t need Bent Haler to sort anything.

Knee injury. Powell's comments last week were that he hoped Huddersfield would be the last game he's out. Again, may be another one getting a few more days extra training in ahead of Catalans on Monday.old cas lass wrote:Still no foster, I wonder was wrong with him.
Hopefully see Rankin, Foster, Cook back in for Monday.

My thoughts also, Turner seemed slow returning ball, Mata'uatia is no half back. Can't comment on young Aston, but as Hudds wrote, why bring him in if not to be used. Jesse on bench perhaps as replacement front-row, although prefer him in 2nd row. But we all can play at team selection, hopefully DP has got the players in to do a job. Can't afford to slip up against these, I will never hear the last from relations from over that side.

Re: squad vs wakefield
Be lovely to see these 4 back for Monday, bit of rotation would be a luxury we don’t normally see... worst time to play Catalan away!Scoopage wrote:Along with mcshane budHuddsTigers wrote:Knee injury.
