Cheyse Blair confirmed
Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
He's right about the people in Orange and black in the town and people wanting to stop talk about rugby league
To be honest it was only one person who had the knives out proper for him and he dosnt come on now...

Oh, they’re still about Tigerfeat, even though they’re now on their third profile (ironic when they were the ones banging on about multiple profiles per user).
BOT....I still stand by what I said months ago that Cheyse Blair will come good after a full pre season with the team. He even alludes to it in his interview, how difficult it was for him getting off a plane and playing 48 hours later with a brand new team.

Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
completely understandable but he still looked like a fish out of water 48 days later. Looking forward to see him perform something like an NRL centre after a much mentioned pre season.

Thankfully this forum only represents a minority of our supporters. I for one like him and can’t wait until next season ! If I was a player I wouldn’t read this forum either.Fumper27 wrote: ↑17 Sep 2019, 21:16 https://www.skysports.com/rugby-league/ ... ord-tigers
Cheyse has clearly not read what our supporters think of him on this forum

The best thing will be watching all the experts changing their tune and saying they never doubted him (remember how crap they thought Vowles was in his first few games)sirocco7 wrote: ↑18 Sep 2019, 06:46Thankfully this forum only represents a minority of our supporters. He got more effective as the games went on. Give him a regular wing partner, hair back and second row, then he'll be a fantastic signing.

Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
No problem with Blair. He has improved and will do even more for next season. Once everyone is fit and a good pre season working with the same players I feel he will be a quality player.
Not his fault that we have injuries and poor back up players is it?

He'd of been in double figures for tries this year had Gale been playing. Too many times he's been given poor service in dangerous positions.

Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
Ha, funny how it spell checked Gale and decided hair was an option!
Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
From what we have seen of him when playing for Cas, he is average at best. He has scored two tries, hardly makes a break, tackles well but doesn’t defend the high kick too well and doesn’t appear to show much leadership. I think we could expect more of probably our highest paid overseas player. Great win tonight though with many “first choice” sat in the stand.
Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
I think the hope is that after a preseason with either gale or a new half we will start seeing the best of Blair.

Re: Cheyse Blair confirmed
Blair again put in a good shift against quality opposition whilst helping out a fullback playing wing who hasn't played in weeks.

He also helped nullify Murdoch-Masila.
