Some have questioned his attitude at times don't know about that but he's a player who I think as a big future ahead

I am all for any of our surplus players going out on loan to championship clubs this league is of a good standard and could do them the world of good, not so in league one some of the teams in this league would struggle against some of the amateur teams

In the current set up, this makes perfect sense as it gets calum playing on a regular basis.

However, I still don't believe that we don't have an a team. If Peter m gets knocked then we can't recall for a min of 4 week's ](*,)

Its a catch 22 if we don't loan players out they may be sat on their hands not getting a game all season from the clubs they are going too point of view they will want consistency instant recall does not give them that, lets hope this year we are more lucky on the injury front

Fair few options we can play about with, if injuries kick in.

A Fev fan mate of mine said young Cal was shear class for them today in the victory over Batley. Should certainly be good for us in the long run giving him some game time at a top championship club.

Saw the game yesterday Calum was one of the better players on show in a game where both teams were poor imo.

Taken from a respectable report of Twitter;
Both Featherstone and Dewbury have enquired about him last week, but was knocked back straight away. Brierley didn't even speak to either club. He want's to play Super League and Salford seems the most likely destination, though a long way off due to finances currently.

Brierley is a fullback ad he's no halfback. He's a support player not for us.

I'd say this is our strongest

Mata'utia

However Foster is required in the 2nd row right now. So were likely to stick with this for the foreseeable future

Spot on. I think we've learned that against heavier centres you play Foster, like in the friendly. Players availability will be key.

Any reason why Minikin was replaced at centre by Roberts? Was Minikin carrying a knock or just not doing enough, i cant remember Minikin making any mistakes other than gettin tackled into touch a bit to easily.

So your saying there was definitely no injury to Minikin then?
