Leeds don't pay big bucks. They are well known for keeping the pure strings tight
but didn’t they recently pick up a 6 figure sum for off loading Hardaker. What a deal it would be if they got him, talk about rubbing our noses in it
Two new stands aren't cheap and 150k doesn't go far in construction terms. If you read the Rhino's forum some think they are hand to mouth at the moment.

As for odds and favourites at the bookies just remind me what the odds were for Spain to beat Russia.....

I've not seen DPs SUV at GHs home up the road.... I'll keep an eye out for it.

I think the relationship between DP and the BOD is not as sweet as you all feel.
First there was the H incident last year and DP not being told that he had failed the test. I still think the club knew more.
Then Steve Gill and whatever happened there. Anyone seen him at the club yet?
Fall guy springs to mind .
I would not blame DP from wanting the top job.
He can remain in Yorkshire.
The way we operate behind the scenes don’t rule it out.
He has carried the club and without the success there would have been lots more asking questions.
Maybe Hudd can explain the absence of SG?
Has his ban ended?

Never miss a chance to have a dig do you Robbo. With shareholders like you giving this kind of support I don't know why you even follow events at the club. Continually having digs at the old regime and the same with this one, give it a rest and get a life.

We need to throw every available resource into keeping Powell. He is the biggest factor in potential continued success.
The draw of the new ground and the club's development should be key in persuading him. I still feel he has unfinished business here.

Because him and his mates aren't in charge. That's usually why he's having a pop.

I would be more shocked than anything ever before if DP became Leeds coach.

Is it possible to place a bet for who you think WONT be the coach at Leeds lol

I’d put 5k on DP and send him a copy of it saying that’s how much I trust his loyalty.

Most of this is speculation and what happened at the weekend is probably all coincidence.

You could put a good case for both sides of the discussion with results, previous employees and finances. Discussion is always interesting with something like this but as yet nobody knows anything yet.

We shall see, I believe DP should stay and finish the job he has started.

tbh I am not that bothered. They can run the club how they see fit but if you think its run well and professionally then you are wrong.
You only have to look at the fiasco surrounding the removal of Steve Gill the hero and saviour of the club.
Do you believe all that rubbish sent out in the press release?
The man was put on gardening leave and then gagged.
How many directors are going to be banned?

Do you believe there were words ( harsh words ) between DP and SG ?

You must think its all made up. Do you know why Eden is missing from the team? Another cover up.

There is no corporate governance and that leads to issues.

Its certainly not my fault they choose to carry on in this manner.

I don't like the Chairman having full control ( he should buy the rest of us out). I don't like him earning interest on money his father threw at the club under his stewardship.
It will not end well.

Finally if the club performed their duties in a responsible manner there would be no need to keep having these discussions.

Is there something dodgy with Greg Eden missing. He's okay diving off rocks into rivers / ponds but not fit enough to play?

Seems strange

I saw the video Eden put on Instagram.
My worry would be what he could pick up from dirty hot stagnated water.
He seems to be acting like he won’t be playing again this year.
Something strange going on with him imo.

In saying that I hope it gets knocked on the head and he’s in the squad Friday.

Very strange. I was stood around Eden and a few other players at the fun day down the lane when he was supposed to have a niggle in his hamstring but he was trying to ride a unicylce?

Eden for brawling in wakey. But why shouldn't the club cover it up?

Gill obviously made 1 or 2 mistakes towards the end of his tenure, why should they be made public? Let him go out in a respectable fashion. But surely Wells is a progressive appointment ?

Is this where the fractured cheek rumour came from? If it is fractured surely he wouldn't be jumping into a river as it would hurt wouldn't it?

In the sun paper it says Daryl Powell is high on the list for Leeds job saying that he is unhappy the way the tigers is run. I say that this is a load of tosh.

That's a big statement for whoever wrote the article to come out with if it's not true. Unless he's said something along them lines why would they write such comments.
