Absorbs heat and that also means absorbing the heat from your body, where as white reflects that back. Agree it seems counterintuitive, though.

I live in the beautiful South nowadays and the temp is building this week and Saturday is going to be el scorchio. Pack your sunnies and thank goodness I’m not playing the game of my life in a black kit, madness to me. We’re short on match fitness and we’re playing in black, I can only hope the rugby Gods are shining on our boys COYF
