Evalds
Olpherts
Mata'tiua
Shenton
Turner
Trueman
Richardson
Watts
McShane
Millington
Holmes
Griffin
Massey
Smith
Milner
Sene-Lefao
GOB
That would be my team. Harsh to drop the young lads, but it's a CC quarter final.

Agreed - I'd leave JSL out and keep Brad Martin in.lurcher wrote: ↑05 May 2021, 19:46good to have such selection problems, i think i'd be tempted to leave jesse out and leave either peachey or martin in.heritage1926 wrote: ↑05 May 2021, 14:22 Evalds

Re: 2 out 4 in.
even with injuries we seem to be in a much better place than we have been over the last couple of seasons, lets hope we can keep it up

Re: 2 out 4 in.
Martyn Sadler pointed out in League Express this week that from 2017 onwards we have started the Super League Season by winning 4 of our first 5 matches. That is quite a feat.

He picked that little snippet up from the Sky commentary team on Friday night.Tamworth Tiger wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 08:28 Martyn Sadler pointed out in League Express this week that from 2017 onwards we have started the Super League Season by winning 4 of our first 5 matches. That is quite a feat.

I don't think this team have played near there full potential yet eitherTamworth Tiger wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 08:28 Martyn Sadler pointed out in League Express this week that from 2017 onwards we have started the Super League Season by winning 4 of our first 5 matches. That is quite a feat.
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have

I think once Evalds gets his timing right on the left I think we could be in for a lot more tries down that side.
I just don’t think he’s clicked yet.

Powell has been saying that. He’s looking forward to there being competition for places.tigerfeat wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 09:30I don't think this team have played near there full potential yet eitherTamworth Tiger wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 08:28 Martyn Sadler pointed out in League Express this week that from 2017 onwards we have started the Super League Season by winning 4 of our first 5 matches. Re: 2 out 4 in.
Apparently Matagi could make it this week but if not ready for next week.
Re: 2 out 4 in.
Not really. No good finishing the season well by winning your last 7/8 games if you lost the first 19/20, is it? Consistency is the key and we had that in 2017.covid tiger wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 10:13Its how you finish that's important.Tamworth Tiger wrote: ↑06 May 2021, 08:28 Martyn Sadler pointed out in League Express this week that from 2017 onwards we have started the Super League Season by winning 4 of our first 5 matches. I think it's a must to start will. The team can play without panic, easier to get new players in aswell. Player retention and moves in aren't going to be easy for wakey and leigh.
